Our philosophy is quite simply that we wish to do the best we can to foster the abilities of each pupil.
We acknowledge the individuality of each child and aim to give each pupil every encouragement and opportunity to develop his/her abilities. Our school is a community of children and adults working together towards important goals.
We hope that, by growing within our school community, our pupils will become citizens who contribute to society in their work and leisure activities.
Our committed, caring and professional staff are well equipped to cope in a positive way with many ongoing changes affecting all primary schools.
Education remain a partnership between home and school and we look forward to a happy association with you and your child.
Our school was rated “Good” in our last inspection three years ago and so I’m delighted for the staff here, whose high level of personal commitment to the children, has pushed us on to the top level of “Outstanding”. I’m also very proud of our children for what they have achieved.
